When you picture an interview, you might imagine a stern journalist firing off questions at you. That’s not our style. Our interviews are conversations, not interrogations. We’re storytellers at heart, and we’re here to help you share your story in the most authentic and comfortable way possible.

It’s Okay to Be Nervous - We’ve Got You

Even the most confident people feel jittery before an interview. That’s totally normal! We take time before the camera rolls to help you settle in. You’ll get to know us and maybe even share a few laughs. We create an environment that feels more like a coffee chat than a high-stakes spotlight. And even sometimes the person asking you the questions is nervous too! So let’s take that pressure away and have a nice conversation about who you are and what you do.

We like to make sure you know what to expect before the interview. We might send you the questions prior to filming, but please don’t script your answers! This can often come across as unnatural and can actually make you more flustered if you worry you’re forgetting your script. Making notes is helpful, but all in all, we just send you the information beforehand to keep you in the loop and try and take away and unease you might have.

Remember that our mission is simple: we want to make you look and sound great - while making sure you actually enjoy the process.
