Ziegler Logistics
The Brief
Ziegler had recently moved into a brand new 500,000 square foot space at London Gateway, and wanted a video to go alongside this transition. The film would showcase the new scale and capacity that Ziegler, a global leaading logisitcs brand, were able to offer new customers. The challenge? Working in a live environment and capturing the scale of the new premises with drone, timelapse and action cameras in a short window.
Concept, Production & Delivery
Capturing scale was at the heart of Ziegler’s wishlist for their brand film. So we pulled out all the stops with technology to showcase its capacity. After an inital client meeting and tour of the new premises (it’s massive!), we got to work writing a script. Using voiceover alongside onscreen graphics to accompany the visuals felt like the right approach. Making sure we kept that desire for capturing scale at the heart of the film, we opted for using aerial and interior drone, timelapse and action cameras as well as slow motion footage. For the 2 day shoot, we filmed aorund all aspects of the premises- office, boardroom, warehouse and exteriors, tying in the whole supply chain management of Ziegler. We tied it altogether in the edit, intercutting wide high angle timelapses of warehouse in action, with action camera footage of forklift drivers, enehacing the pace of the film.
The Outcome
A 2 minute brand film that showcases Ziegler’s capacity and capability as a global, family run company, leaning in logistics. Not to mention capturing some great aerial drone footage of their branded lorries!
